
Simon's Amazingly Quick Prawn and Tomato Spaghetti

Ingredients
| 200 | g | Spaghetti or other pasta |
| 1 | clove | garlic |
| Frozen Prawns(thawed, to suit) | ||
| 1/2 | lemon | |
| 1 | handful | Cherry tomatoes |
| 1 | mug full | passata(or Tomato Purée and water) |
| Rocket |
Method
1.Zest and squeeze lemon juice for later
2.Put water on to boil and put spaghetti on to cook
3.Chop garlic and fry a bit
4.Throw in prawns and fry for a minute
5.Add lemon juice and Passata and tomatoes. You can add more Passata if sauce looks too dry.
6.Add salt and pepper and cook gently while spaghetti cooks.
7.When spaghetti is ready drain it and throw the sauce in the pan and mix together.
8.Serve in bowls and sprinkle with lemon zest and rocket on top.
