
Max's Magic Rice Technique

Ingredients
| basmati rice | ||
| oil or butter | ||
| 1 | volume | water(equal to rice volume) |
| 1/2-1 | cup | extra water |
Method
1.Add one volume of rice to pan with oil or butter.
2.Fry on medium heat until sizzles, stir.
3.Add same volume of water.
4.Add half a cup to a cup extra water.
5.Boil. Lower heat and put on lid.
6.Simmer for 15 minutes.
7.Check no liquid left.
8.Turn off heat and leave for 15 mins with lid on.

Tips
