Ingredients
| 4 | egg whites | |
| 1 | cup | sugar |
| 1/2 | tsp. | vanilla |
| 1 | tsp. | white vinegar |
| 1 1/2 | cups | cream |
| 2 | tsps. | sugar |
| 2 | punnets | straws(likely strawberries) |
Method
1.Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
2.Gradually add sugar, beating well till all sugar is dissolved.
3.Add vanilla and vinegar, beat for a further 1 min.
4.Spread meringue into greased, greased paper lining.
5.Bake in slow oven for 45 minutes.
6.Whip cream, add sugar and strawberries.
