
Jo's lovely Lemon Cabbage

Ingredients
| 1 | Savoy cabbage(ideally, but works for any type) | |
| 1 | knob | butter |
| 1 | glug | oil |
| 1 | lemon(zest and juice) |
Method
1.Cut the cabbage into quarters and thinly slice.
2.Place a knob of butter and a glug of oil in a thick pan over low heat.
3.Steam the cabbage in the pan, stirring occasionally.
4.When soft (approximately 20-30 minutes), add the zest and juice of a lemon.
