Ingredients
| 1 | tbsp | coriander seeds |
| 1 | tbsp | cumin seeds |
| 3 | tbsp | harissa |
| 1 | lemon(juiced) | |
| 2 | tbsp | olive oil |
| 3 | cloves | garlic(crushed) |
| 1.6 | kg | leg of lamb(butterflied) |
Method
1.Combine ingredients to create a marinade and rub over the butterflied lamb.
2.BBQ with lid on for 25-30 minutes, or roast in an oven at 220°C for 25 minutes.
