Starter
Ingredients
| leeks | ||
| onions | ||
| raw potato(chopped small) | ||
| homemade chicken stock(or bouillon) | ||
| frozen peas | ||
| spinach(or similar) | ||
| cooked potato(optional alternative) |
Method
1.Sweat leeks, onions, and raw chopped potato slowly for 15 minutes.
2.Add homemade chicken stock (or bouillon).
3.Bring to boil with frozen peas.
4.Turn off heat and add spinach or similar greens.
5.Put lid on until wilted.
6.Whoozge (blend) up.
7.Note: You can add cooked potato with frozen peas.
