Ingredients

3cupsS R flour
90gmsbutter(chopped)
1/2teaspoonsalt
1tablespoonsugar
300mlsmilk

Method

1.Heat oven to 180 C.
2.Sift flour, sugar and salt into a bowl, rub in butter until it looks like breadcrumbs.
3.Add milk and mix to form dough.
4.Put on to side and knead until soft and smooth.
5.Put onto a greased baking sheet (I use baking paper) and put into oven - took about 30-40 minutes - tap bottom and if it sounds hollow it's cooked.
