Ingredients
| garlic | ||
| tinned tomatoes or passata | ||
| onions | ||
| chicken breasts | ||
| cheese(e.g., Mozzarella, Parmesan, Gruyere) | ||
| olives(optional) | ||

Method
1.Using garlic, tinned tomatoes or passata, onions and whatever else you fancy, make up a tasty tomato sauce.
2.Flash fry chicken breasts to brown them a little.
3.Place them in an oven proof tray, cover with tomato sauce, put slices of cheese over each one (Mozzarella, Parmesan, Gruyere, whatever is in the fridge). Add olives & capers if you want to.
4.Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes (more if they are big/thick).
