Chicken Bacon Salad

Ingredients

4chicken breasts(sliced)
1packbacon(220g approx, cut up with scissors)
1/2iceberg lettuce
1pkrocket(or soft leaves)
1lemon
2garlic cloves
pine nuts
french dressing(Vinaigrette)

Method

1.Slice iceberg into salad bowl and put rocket on top.
2.Pan fry chicken slices in olive oil and garlic till cooked (10-15 mins). Add juice of lemon.
3.Either grill bacon or cook in a fry pan separately (no oil - it will have enough fat as it fries).
4.Tip bacon and chicken (plus pan juices) onto lettuce.
5.Sprinkle with pine nuts/sunflower seeds/sesame seeds if you want.
6.Add dressing if needed.
