Caesar Salad

Ingredients

Cos lettuce or baby gems
sprinklingparmesan
Bread for croutons(oven baked or pan fried)
Anchovies(if required; I use bacon for Jo as a substitute)
Chicken breasts(if required)
1smallishGarlic Clove
1Egg Yolk(save whites for meringues)
1/2teaspoonWorcester Sauce
1/2tablespoonLemon Juice
2tablespoonsOlive Oil

Method

1.Put chicken in a pan with water (stock cube optional).
2.Bring to boil, turn off heat, leave for 10 mins.
3.Fry bacon and croutons.
4.Chuck the sauce ingredients into a blender.
5.Blend. Done!
