
Caesar Salad

Main
Ingredients
| Cos lettuce or baby gems | ||
| sprinkling | parmesan | |
| Bread for croutons(oven baked or pan fried) | ||
| Anchovies(if required; I use bacon for Jo as a substitute) | ||
| Chicken breasts(if required) | ||
| 1 | smallish | Garlic Clove |
| 1 | Egg Yolk(save whites for meringues) | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | Worcester Sauce |
| 1/2 | tablespoon | Lemon Juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Olive Oil |
Method
1.Put chicken in a pan with water (stock cube optional).
2.Bring to boil, turn off heat, leave for 10 mins.
3.Fry bacon and croutons.
4.Chuck the sauce ingredients into a blender.
5.Blend. Done!
